Patricia Muehlberger is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. She received her Master of Science degree in counseling from Missouri State University. Patricia is also a National Certified Counselor and a registered Yoga teacher with an emphasis in trauma yoga.
Patricia works with adults and adolescents (ages 9 and above). She has extensive experience working with crisis and traumatic experiences, and has vast experience in individual, couples, and relationship counseling. Patricia’s counseling approach involves the whole individual and does not believe in “one size fits all”. Her philosophy is that everyone has their own answers, they just need someone to help find them. Patricia explores what works for the patient and helps them make healthy choices through support, guidance, and tools for personal growth. She utilizes cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy, person-centered, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and other integrative approaches such as mindfulness and yoga for depression. She is currently working on obtaining certification in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Patricia is originally from the Midwest. She enjoys reading, swimming, yoga, and college basketball. She also has four amazing children.
