Lisa Robinson-Mihiar, RDN is a Registered Dietitian with Avance Primary Care in Cary, North Carolina.
In addition to her degree in nutrition, Lisa also holds a degree in exercise science. She has been working as an outpatient dietitian for five years and has extra training in eating disorder treatment as well as sports nutrition. She believes that each person is unique and deserves an individualized approach to their care. Lisa strives to listen to and understand her patients so they can best work together toward change. She believes nutrition is an important part of wellness and wants to help her patients achieve health and balance with their eating. A practitioner of Health at Every Size, she focuses on intuitive eating with her patients so they can love and accept their body as they move away from diet culture and body shame.
Lisa lives with her husband and four children in Fuquay Varina, NC. She enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, trying new foods, working on house projects, hiking, and playing with her kids outside.
