Iris obtained her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She has over two decades of experience providing an array of mental health services to multigenerational families and individuals. She has a client-centered therapeutic approach and uses techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. Iris believes that each client is unique and brings a wealth of experiences in life. Iris ensures her clients are supported with learning appropriate tools to aid in self-reflection and growth throughout the therapy process.
Iris is a wife and mother who enjoys traveling with her family, painting, and visiting peaceful bodies of water while listening to the sounds of nature. She is a proud member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
