Medical Receptionist
The position responsibilities require:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical billing
- Front desk experience in a medical practice
- High School Diploma (minimum)

Nurse, CMA, LPN, RN
The position responsibilities require:
- Pharmacology education
- Triage
- Ability to draw blood and start IV
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (on weekends, typically 9 to 5)
- Cross performance of all lab and drug screen testing

The position responsibilities require:
- Outstanding healthcare provider skills
- Strong and efficient multitasking capabilities
- A focus on full patient care and satisfaction. Provider will need excellent personal skills to go the extra mile while extending service to patients of all ages and conditions. A customer service orientation is critical.

MD, DO (Family Practice, Internal Medicine)
As a primary care physician, you face the dual challenge of managing a medical practice while delivering high quality care to patients. Avance Care offers you the unique opportunity to practice in an efficient practice setting where you can focus on meeting patients’ needs rather than on the demands of the external environment.
We are seeking family practice and internal medicine physicians for our future locations.
Our ideal candidate will share our commitment to patient-centered care and have a strong desire to practice independently. We are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded physician who would like to own his/her practice and focus on patient care rather than on practice administration. Avance Care is flexible. You can join us as an independent contractor with a first year income guarantee and option to partner or purchase the practice in the future. You can also join us as an owner; we’ll provide the practice operating system and practice management services.
Our state-of-the-art paperless medical facility and innovative online services enhance patient convenience and reduce administrative overhead for the physicians. We help our physicians focus on patient care, not practice administration. Our physicians see three patients/hour for 36 hours/week on an outpatient basis. On-call requirements are minimal.
