Cameron DelForge, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Cameron received her Master of Nursing with a concentration in family practice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time at UNC-Chapel Hill, she graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and volunteered her time with migrant farmworkers in rural areas of North Carolina. Following graduation, Cameron completed a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Residency at the Family Health Center of Worcester in Worcester, Massachusetts where she treated patients in a variety of departments including primary care, urgent care, COVID tent, office-based addiction treatment and homeless family’s program.
Prior to beginning her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Cameron worked as a registered nurse at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in the neurosurgical unit and cardiovascular intensive care unit, during which she realized her calling for preventive healthcare and family practice. Cameron is passionate about community health and has completed medical mission trips within the United States and Central America. Cameron believes in empowering patients through education, compassion, and encouraging healthy lifestyle habits for better physical and mental health. Cameron’s goal is to develop partnerships with patients to motivate and encourage improved health outcomes.
In her spare time, Cameron enjoys hiking the White Mountains in New Hampshire, skiing, world travel, trying out new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
