Health concerns can pop up at any moment, so our providers are available 7 days a week with extended hours to help with anything from headaches to back pain to COVID-19 or the flu.
We offer same-day appointments with extended hours in our North Carolina clinics. You also have access to virtual, real-time appointments 7 days a week including extended virtual care until 11 pm on weekdays. It’s part of our commitment to our community and a way to keep exceptional care convenient.
Urgent care conditions we treat & services

- Sprains and strains
- Coughs, colds and sore throats
- Allergic reactions (non-life threatening)
- Fever or flu-like symptoms
- Rash or other skin irritations
- Mild asthma
- Animal bites
- Flu shots
Call 911 or visit the emergency room if you are experiencing any major or life-threatening conditions like:
- Stroke or heart attack symptoms
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Loss of consciousness
- Sudden loss of vision or blurred vision
- Severe bleeding or head trauma
