Mackenzie Coleman, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant seeing patients at Avance Care in Matthews and Waxhaw, NC.
Mackenzie attended Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Physician Assistants and holds certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Mackenzie grew up in New York where she developed an appreciation for diversity. After graduating from Physician Assistant school in 2022, Mackenzie relocated to the Charlotte area and has been working in primary care. She is passionate about primary care, preventive medicine, and creating longitudinal goals to optimize health and wellness. She focuses on incorporating lifestyle management to prevent and treat chronic conditions.
In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys staying active, reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her puppy, Gracie. She has traveled to over 30 countries and has a passion for learning about new cultures.
