Anne-Elizabeth McLendon, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider seeing patients at Avance Care at Rea Farms in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Anne-Elizabeth earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner studies, from the University of West Florida. She has worked as a nurse since 2014, building a strong clinical foundation in inpatient neurological and trauma critical care, ambulatory cardiology, and hemodialysis before transitioning to primary care as a nurse practitioner in community health and retail clinic settings.
As an advanced practice provider, Anne-Elizabeth sees patients across the lifespan, with a special interest in cardiovascular health and chronic disease management. She strongly believes in supporting patients as true partners in their care, taking time to listen and develop treatment plans that align with each patient’s lifestyle and goals. At Avance Care, she looks forward to being part of an integrative care model that helps patients of all ages and backgrounds achieve better health.
Outside of work, Anne-Elizabeth is an avid long-distance runner and hiking enthusiast, often logging miles on local trails or training for her next race. She is also a proud dog mom who cherishes spending downtime with her pup. In addition, she remains active in her church community and enjoys giving back through regular volunteer work.
