Katlyn Stanley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages at Avance Care Rea Farms in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She completed her advanced nursing education with specialized training in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. Her experience as a registered nurse across a variety of healthcare settings has provided her with extensive clinical expertise in caring for diverse patient populations in both acute care and outpatient environments.
Throughout her career, Katlyn has remained committed to delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes education, prevention, and collaboration. She believes in empowering patients by ensuring they feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, women’s health, chronic disease management, and promoting overall wellness. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest evidence-based practices and evolving clinical guidelines through continuing education and active involvement in the nursing profession. Katlyn strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns and partnering in their care.
Outside of work, Katlyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and relaxing with a good movie. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and values maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which helps her continue providing exceptional care to her patients and the community she serves.
