Rhonda Williams, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Avance Care in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.
Rhonda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, in Lafayette, Louisiana. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Community Health from the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, Alabama. She later returned to the University of South Alabama obtaining a Master Of Science In Nursing certificate with a focus in the Family Nurse Practitioner field and has been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for over 15 years.
She has experience in multiple areas of healthcare including Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine. Rhonda has served in community health centers, including Ascension Health in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Duke Family Medicine and Community Health in Durham, North Carolina. She is passionate about healthcare prevention and educating the patient on their healthcare to improve health outcomes. She prides herself on practicing evidence-based medicine while allowing the patient to be an integral part of their health care.
Outside of the office, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and visiting her daughters. She also enjoys visiting family, traveling, watching movies, and exploring new adventures here in North Carolina.
