Nutrition Tip: Pimento cheese is a southern classic that is typically heavy on the calories and saturated fat. This lightened up version uses nonfat Greek yogurt and light, olive oil-based mayonnaise in place of full-fat mayonnaise which helps to cut down on calories and saturated fat without compromising taste! Enjoy with raw veggies of your choice, whole grain crackers, or put on a sandwich with whole wheat bread.
