Healthy Cole Slaw

Makes: 4 servings


3 cup coleslaw mix
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon teaspoon ground pepper


  1. Add coleslaw mix to large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over the coleslaw in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill in airtight container until ready to serve.
