Ingredients
1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 teaspoon seasoning of your choice (seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning, or Cajun seasoning)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish prepared with non-stick spray. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Mix together the yogurt, parmesan, garlic, and the seasoning of your choice. Pour over the chicken and spread evenly. I suggest using your hands to make sure the chicken is completely coated.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through
