Greek Yogurt Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 teaspoon seasoning of your choice (seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning, or Cajun seasoning)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the chicken in a baking dish prepared with non-stick spray. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Mix together the yogurt, parmesan, garlic, and the seasoning of your choice. Pour over the chicken and spread evenly. I suggest using your hands to make sure the chicken is completely coated.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through
