Grab-and-Go Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients

1- 32 oz. container of regular or Greek vanilla yogurt
1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
6 dessert bowls or glass jars with lids
1 ½ cups of granola

Directions

  1. Spoon about ¼ cup of the yogurt into the bottom of each of the jars or bowls.
  2. Next, add about 2 tablespoons of the mixed berries. Press the berries lightly into the yogurt.
  3. Then repeat the layers with another ¼ cup of the yogurt and 2 tablespoons of the mixed berries.
  4. Divide the remaining yogurt between the jars over the berries.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to one week.
  6. To serve, remove the lid or cover from the parfait and sprinkle about ¼ cup of granola over the top and enjoy.
