Try this smoothie for a great way to start the day! It works well as an on the go breakfast option and provides protein and fiber to help you feel full and satisfied. To add variety, the blueberries can be substituted for a different frozen fruit, such as strawberries, mango, or pineapple. Feel free to double or triple the recipe and freeze the leftovers to have ready to go for busy mornings.
