Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

Football season is in full swing and holiday parties are right around the corner. Instead of a table full of store bought dips, chips, and spreads, volunteer to bring something homemade. This buffalo chicken dip is quick, easy, and better for you than most traditional recipes which can have over 400 calories and 30 grams of fat per 1/3 cup serving. Serve with chopped veggies to add fiber and keep calories low.

Makes: 9 servings (1/3 cup servings)
Ingredients
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free sour cream
½ cup Franks hot sauce
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
2. Add the chicken and put the mixture into a crock pot on low for 3-4 hours.
3. Serve warm with baked tortilla chips or carrot and celery slices.
