We offer pediatric primary care, behavioral health services for children and teens, nutrition counseling for the whole family, and child and adolescent psychiatry through a connected network of experienced providers.

Children and Adolescents Primary Care

Our child and adolescent primary care services are designed to grow with your family, offering trusted guidance, compassionate support, and whole-person care from infancy through young adulthood.

Our Comprehensive Children and Adolescents Health Services

At Avance Care, our pediatricians and family medicine providers deliver more than checkups—they provide personalized, compassionate care that evolves with your child through every stage of development. Our team supports the wellbeing of each child with services such as:

Regular well-child visits are essential for monitoring growth and development. Our preventive care services include immunizations, developmental screenings, and nutrition counseling to keep your child healthy and thriving.

During a well-child visit, your pediatrician will:

  • perform a physical exam
  • track how your child is growing and ask about development and behavior
  • give the child any necessary shot, such as immunizations and vaccinations
  • talk about illness prevention, nutrition and physical fitness, and health and safety issues
  • talk about how to handle emergencies and sudden illness

Recommended schedule for well-child visits by age:

  • 3 to 5 days old
  • By 1 month
  • 2 months
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 1 year
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 years
  • 30 months
  • 3 years

After age 3, well-child visits are scheduled yearly through the teen years.

Led by board-certified pediatric dietitians, this service supports children from birth to age 18 (and even parents!) with:

  • Personalized nutrition assessments
  • Family-focused meal planning and grocery tips
  • Support for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum nutrition
  • Tools to build healthy habits in a relaxed, stress-free environment
