Recipe: Mango and Cardamom Greek Yogurt Bark

This recipe is a fun (and chilly) twist on a yogurt parfait. If you are looking for a satisfying and creamy new snack for you or your family, look no further! This recipe offers a tropical blend of fresh mangos and a citrus note of cardamom. Mix and match different toppings to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients

6 ounces low sugar vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh mango, diced

1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips

2 tablespoons walnuts

Cardamom, to taste

Preparation

  1. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread yogurt thinly on the parchment paper. Evenly spread the mango, chocolate chips, and walnuts on top of the yogurt. When done, sprinkle with cardamom.
  3. Place baking sheet into the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, break in small pieces. Keep in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
