Ingredients
6 ounces low sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons walnuts
Cardamom, to taste
Preparation
- Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt thinly on the parchment paper. Evenly spread the mango, chocolate chips, and walnuts on top of the yogurt. When done, sprinkle with cardamom.
- Place baking sheet into the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, break in small pieces. Keep in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
