Ingredients
Pizza Bagel:
6 Tbsp low-sodium tomato sauce
1 bagel thin (any savory flavor)
½ cup 2% low-fat cottage cheese
A pinch each: black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano
Salad:
2 cups arugula, washed
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the 2 bagel rounds. Evenly top with the cottage cheese.
- Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or use your toaster oven or broiler set on low) until heated and browned to preference, about 5-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
