Mozzarella and Basil Flatbread Pizza

Nutrition Fact: September 5th was national cheese pizza day.  Pizza can be filled with calories, carbohydrates, and fat.  Say goodbye to pizza guilt with this easy recipe for individual pizzas made with FlatOut Wraps!  These pizzas are prepared with whole grain FlatOut wraps that provide only 14g carbohydrates and 9g fiber per serving, protein packed mozzarella cheese, and antioxidant filled tomatoes.

Makes 1 Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

1 Flatout Flatbread

1/2 tomato, sliced

1/2 Tbsp. basil, chopped

3 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced thin

Directions:

  1. Pre-bake flatbread for two minutes on a preheat grill or oven at 375 degrees.  Remove.
  2. Top flatbread with cheese and tomatoes and cook four minutes or until cheese melts. Remove.
  3. Sprinkle basil over pizza.  Cut into slices
