Healthy Pumpkin Pie Dip

MAKES: 4-6, ¼ cup servings

ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes


  • 1, 6oz container of Plan, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1.5 packet stevia or Splenda
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with apple slices and/or Graham Crackers.
