Dr. Pratik Desai, MD FACC, President of Avance Care, P.A. announced the release of the new website, www.AvanceCare.com, to provide patients with a more custom and interactive experience for their primary health care needs.
The redesigned Avance Care website was launched in late November. The Triangle community now has access to extensive information about the physicians, services, accepted insurances, self-pay fees, registration forms and updated healthcare information provided by Avance Care. The launch of the new website, which offers quick and easy access to new patient registration, prescription refills, live chats, and available appointments, is part of the primary care’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and convenience of information and care to patients. Downloadable forms are automatically sent to the correct location once a patient submits them electronically, and kiosks in the lobby at each office provide another opportunity for patients to enter information online rather than on paper forms.
The website’s user-friendly nature provides patients with more efficient access to all three current Avance Care locations and resources. Other improved functions include a video tour of the facilities, access and directions to the nearest location through Google maps, and online payments.
