9. Go on a walk with your family or friends

Going on a walk outside with family or friends achieves three items great for your health: exercising, being outside, and social interaction! This is a great way to promote your physical, mental and emotional health, in a way that won’t feel like a chore.

10. Pamper yourself with a good skincare routine, and don’t forget the SPF in the morning!

While your primary care provider may not say a good skincare routine is the most important to your physical health, it can be a fun hobby and help reduce stress. If you do it in the morning, make sure you add that SPF to protect yourself from the UV rays all day long.

11. Make a commitment to continue whatever item you pick for the next 30 days
