Daniel Hauschild, Psy.D., HSPP is a Licensed Psychologist treating patients at Avance Primary Care’s Behavioral Health Treatment Center of Excellence in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dr. Hauschild is certified at the independent practice level as a Health Services Provider Psychologist (HSPP). He completed his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) through the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, which included a full-year internship at Sinai Hospital in Detroit.
Dr. Hauschild has practiced for 30 years in the mental health field, including 23 years as a psychologist. He has provided psychotherapy to individuals suffering from a wide variety of psychiatric conditions and has focused primarily on treating individual adults in recent years. His interest in integrative care models and long-standing relationship with family practice medicine led him to join the innovative Avance Care team, for which he will direct their Behavioral Wellness Program.
Dr. Hauschild’s personal interests include traveling with his family, hiking, tennis, biking, and photography. Recently, Dr. Hauschild and his family chose the Raleigh area as their new home because the cosmopolitan amenities of a big city and proximity to both mountains and ocean won their hearts.
