This easy dip uses only 5 ingredients blended for a creamy side that is packed with protein. You can change up the seasonings for assorted flavors such as taco seasoning for a Mexican style dip or ranch seasoning for an alternative ranch dip.

Ingredients
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried dill
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Taste, add additional salt if needed.
- Refrigerate dip until ready to serve. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. This dip does not freeze.
