Ingredients
2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Pinch of salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, divided, ½ cup, quartered and ½ cup, sliced
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
- Line a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, maple syrup, ½ cup quartered strawberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (10–15 seconds).
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a ¼-inch layer.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries and chopped walnuts on top.
- Freeze for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
