This Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, no-bake treat that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. Ingredients

2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Pinch of salt

1 cup fresh strawberries, divided, ½ cup, quartered and ½ cup, sliced

¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Preparation

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, maple syrup, ½ cup quartered strawberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (10–15 seconds).
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a ¼-inch layer.
  4. Sprinkle sliced strawberries and chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, cut into squares or break into pieces.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
