1 very ripe banana
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
1 teaspoon of water
Preparation
- Mash the banana in a small bowl and mix with vanilla extract and oil.
- Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon or nutmeg in a mug and blend the ingredients with a fork.
