Zana Devlin, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant practicing at Avance Care Neurology in Durham. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Sciences at Averett University in Virginia, followed by a Master of Science in Pathology at Duke University. She later earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University.
Zana views wellness—and the ability to maintain it—as the ultimate goal of medicine and medical science. She is deeply passionate about neuromuscular wellness, firmly believing that neuromuscular capacity and fitness are non-negotiable foundations for a healthy lifestyle and healthy aging. She values deep, meaningful relationships with her patients and treatment approaches that extend beyond diagnosis alone. Zana is inspired by the relationships that develop through collaborative care with patients and healthcare teams, and she enjoys empowering patients to be co-pilots in their healthcare journey, encouraging them to take an active role in their own health.
Born and raised in Prishtina, Kosovo, Zana fell in love with Raleigh on her first visit many years ago and has called it home ever since. She is fluent in English, Albanian, Croatian, and Turkish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, learning new languages, and spending time with family and friends.
