Stephanie Czarnopys is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Primary Care Provider at Avance Care in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017. After working as a ER technician at a pediatric urgent care and medical assistant in primary care, she graduated from the Masters of Physician Assistant Studies Program at Wingate University. She completed clinical training in the Charlotte region and has recently moved to the Triangle Area.
Stephanie is passionate about patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine. She enjoys building strong relationships with patients and getting to know them on an individual basis. She believes that it is important to work together as a team and include patients in their own medical care for the best health outcomes. She loves the complexity of medicine and believes that there is something new to learn from every patient. She values showing compassion and understanding to those from various socioeconomic or cultural backgrounds. Additionally, she is fluent in Polish.
Stephanie currently resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her fiancé and 2 cats. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, running/exercising, skiing, cooking, playing piano, and spending time with family and friends. She is originally adopted from Hunan Province, China but considers her hometown to be Houston, TX.
