Sophie Zientek, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Primary Care Provider at Avance Care in Wilmington, North Carolina.
After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health, Sophie furthered her education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, earning a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
Sophie is driven by a passion for preventive care and holistic patient treatment. She values the unique needs of each patient and their family, aiming to empower them through health education while establishing a trust-based partnership. Her practice emphasizes special interests in chronic disease management, Women’s Health, and Dermatology. She proudly holds a membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of her medical pursuits, Sophie finds joy in outdoor activities, beach outings, reading, yoga, and exploring Wilmington’s culinary scene. Eager to expand her skills, she looks forward to relearning Spanish and acquiring proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).
