Sausha Lotharp, LCMHCA ,NCC is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate providing therapy at Avance Psychiatry Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina .
Sausha earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and completed her undergraduate studies at Western Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
She provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults ages 13 to 64, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and mood disorders. Sausha’s approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to help individuals process difficult emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and adjust to life transitions. She is dedicated to supporting each client’s journey toward self-actualization and emotional well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Sausha enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
