Sarah Shore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing at Davidson Family Medicine, an Avance Care practice, in Davidson, NC. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in registered nursing from UNC Charlotte then earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Duke University. Sarah practiced family medicine in Charlotte before joining Davidson Family Medicine.
She is passionate about providing compassionate, holistic, comprehensive care for all ages. Sarah enjoys building relationships with her patients and works hard to educate and empower them to make optimal decisions regarding their health. When not working Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, usually with a good cup of coffee in hand!
