She uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach to assist client in reaching not only their goals, but their full potential. She operates from a DBT-informed lens when working with clients, but also uses components of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive processing therapy.
Perry is originally from the coast so during the warm months she loves to be on the water or outside walking her golden retriever.
