Mike Dulin, MD is originally from West Texas, earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center.
After several years in private practice, Dr. Dulin transitioned to academic medicine, serving first as Research Director and later as Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Atrium Health. In this role, he led the clinical redesign of the community clinic system to improve efficiency and elevate the quality of patient care.
Before joining Avance Care, Dr. Dulin was a Professor at UNC Charlotte, where he mentored students and taught courses in health policy and health analytics. He has also been a Fellow at the National Academy of Medicine, focusing on public health policy and health information technology.
Dr. Dulin moved to Greensboro in 2024 and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking and camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains. An avid swimmer and triathlete, he looks forward to competing in several events later this year.
