Michael Sulewski, PA-C is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Physician Assistant at Avance Care in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences and Minor in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida. He then received his Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southern University in 2013. Michael is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Michael is passionate about helping people and believes in advocating diversity in all aspects of patient care. He loves to empower and educate patients to be as healthy and knowledgeable as possible. Michael has experience managing chronic conditions and acute diseases, as well as preventive care in diverse populations. He has a special interest in LGBTQ+ care, including sexual health and wellness and gender alignment treatment.
Michael’s personal interests include a love for aviation, playing the alto saxophone, spending time with his family and friends and volunteering in the community.
