Mary McNinch, FNP-BC is a Primary Care Provider and Family Nurse Practitioner with Avance Care serving the healthcare needs of families in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, North Carolina, area.
She attended Presbyterian College for her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry with a psychology minor. She then attended Pace University in New York, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Later, Mary completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University.
Mary moved back to North Carolina in 2000 and worked in OB/Gyn and internal medicine for her first ten years of practice and then family medicine for the past 11 years. She enjoys connecting with her patients, building relationships, and making sure they know they are being heard. She has special interests in women’s health, chronic disease management, and helping patients to become active participants in their own healthcare.
Mary is married to her college sweetheart, and they have two active teenage boys. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time at the lake with family, friends, and her two dogs.
