Marie Tomczyk, PA-C is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Physician Assistant with Avance Care serving patients in Apex, North Carolina.
She attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for her undergraduate degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. Following this, she attended and graduated from Alderson Broaddus University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. While there, she acted as the PA class secretary. In 2020, Marie moved to North Carolina where she began working as a PA-C in an Urgent Care setting.
Marie is passionate about practicing evidence-based and preventive medicine and enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals and families, and creating long-term connections. Additionally, she places focus on patient education as this is a key part of overall patient health and patient care plans.
Marie lives with her husband and two dogs, and in her free time enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
