Dr. Victoria Delbono is a board-certified Osteopathic Family Physician and Primary Care Doctor with Avance Care in Raleigh, North Carolina.
She graduated from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s degree, completed her medical education in Virginia at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed residency training in Ohio at Grandview Medical Center as part of the Kettering Health Network. After her residency, Dr. Delbono moved back to the east coast to Philadelphia, where she completed fellowship training in headache medicine at the Jefferson Headache Center as part of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Originally from Argentina, Dr. Delbono enjoys learning about different cultures and practicing Spanish as often as possible. She has participated in several medical mission trips both domestic and international in Central and South America, believing in the importance of understanding the culture that surrounds an individual to better understand potential barriers. Dr. Delbono has particular interest in pediatric care, headache medicine, prevention and care of chronic disease, minor procedures, including Botox and nerve blocks for migraine. She is passionate about educating patients about their medical conditions and coming up with a treatment plan together.
Dr. Delbono grew up in North Carolina and is happy to be closer to family. Dr. Delbono and her husband enjoy staying active, exploring the outdoors, and new experiences – dance lessons, recreational sports teams, or attending cultural festivals. They have recently welcomed a baby girl.
