Kristy Su, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Primary Care Provider and Nurse Practitioner with Avance Care serving patients’ primary care health needs in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Kristy earned her nursing degree from the University of South Carolina and undergraduate degrees in sociology and psychology from Clemson University. She also obtained her master’s degree in nursing from Clemson University. Kristy obtained her family nurse practitioner license in 2010 and began working at a local primary care until 2016 when she decided to open Carolina Convenient Care in January of 2017.
Kristy started her nursing career in the coronary care unit at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, SC. She then helped start the first STEMI program at Greenville Health System where she worked to coordinate vital care to patients having a heart attack. Kristy was also part of the Greenville Technical College faculty instructing nursing students during their clinical rotations and educating them on the care of patients with heart disease. She has a special interest in cardiac medicine and pediatrics.
Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling, watching football, and running, and has completed eight half-marathons with the intention of running a full marathon one day.
