Kimberly “Kim” Jones, FNP-C, is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Avance Care Fuquay-Varina in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in family practice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kim has 16 years of experience as an RN in a level one trauma Emergency Department and six years of experience in urgent care and primary care as an Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kim prioritizes forming good, trusting relationships with her patients and encourages their participation in choosing a healthy lifestyle through education, open communication, and preventive care. Providing high standards of acute and chronic disease management is important to her.
Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and rescue doggies. They love going to the beach, hosting game nights, traveling to new places, and attending various sporting events, especially cheering on the NC State Wolfpack! Kim also has a passion for foreign and domestic medical missions. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), North Carolina Nurses Association (NCNA), and the American Nurses Association (ANA).
