Kenly Burchette (she/her), MS, RD, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian seeing patients at Avance Care Oberlin and Midtown Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina.
She is passionate about creating a collaborative, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make nutrition and lifestyle changes that are realistic and sustainable.
Kenly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Meredith College, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Her experience includes working at a residential eating disorder treatment center as well as in private practice. These experiences have shaped her belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and that nutrition care should be individualized to each person’s needs, experiences, and goals.
Kenly enjoys helping clients explore what health and nutrition can look like for them without rigid rules or an all-or-nothing mindset. Her approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and partnering with them to find practical strategies that can be incorporated into their everyday lives.
Outside of work, Kenly enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog, Brewer. She loves family walks, reading, trying new recipes, and, of course, enjoying a good cup of coffee.
