Charnell Trembeczki is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Avance Care in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Charnell also received a Doctor of Nursing Practice. She received a Master of Science in Nursing degree and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles Kentucky. Her doctoral studies focused on using non-pharmacologic measures for pain procedures in the pediatric emergency department setting. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she obtained an Associate of Applied Science in nursing degree from Wake Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University where she was a Sigma Thea Tau Honor Society inductee. After obtaining her first nursing degree, she worked as a registered nurse at WakeMed for 20 years where she gained nursing experience working with newborns, children, adolescents, and adults.
Charnell believes in forming close relationships with her patients and values diversity as she recognizes the tremendous changes and growth in the Raleigh area over the past several years. She is passionate about improving the health of the entire community through education, prevention, and affordable care, with a special interest in the healthcare needs of mental health and abuse survivors, she strives to ensure compassionate and culturally competent care for all in those who are in need.
Charnell moved to Raleigh in 1997 and has lived in the Triangle area since then. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and her grandson. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and trying new food, wine, and craft beers.
