Caroline Earl, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner caring for patients at Avance Care in Apex, North Carolina.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Caroline spent six years working in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Duke. While working in the ICU during her master’s program, Caroline realized she is passionate about preventative healthcare and helping to keep patients out of the hospital. She values strong, trusting relationships with her patients and promoting healthy habits.
Caroline enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her dog, Jersey. She loves exercising, watching Carolina Hurricanes games, and traveling.
