Brian Lancer, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients at Avance Care Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Brian earned his Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. His clinical experience spans high-acuity environments, including emergency departments and critical care units, where he built a reputation for delivering precise, compassionate care under pressure.
Guided by a “patient first” philosophy, Brian believes that optimal health is achieved through both expert medical care and empowering patients to take an active role in their own well-being. He is committed to building meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment for every patient he serves.
Outside of the clinic, Brian is passionate about the ocean and enjoys scuba diving, free diving, and spearfishing. He finds renewal in the water and brings that same focus and mindfulness to his clinical practice.
