Angèle Pressley, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian-nutritionist seeing patients at Avance Care Nutrition Specialists in Durham, North Carolina.
She earned her Master of Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Angèle has experience in acute care, private practice, and community-based education, and has led classes and workshops both virtually and in person. She speaks French fluently.
Angèle specializes in size-inclusive, culturally affirming, and trauma-informed nutrition care. She is passionate about helping people enjoy food while prioritizing their health, and her mission is to support clients in healing their relationships with food and their bodies, grounded in the belief that all bodies are good bodies.
She brings joy and compassion to nutrition therapy, honoring the nourishing foods and traditions found in every culture and community. She works closely with each person to set nutrition goals that align with their unique needs, values, and health outcomes, creating a welcoming and supportive space for growth and healing.
Outside of work, Angèle enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, gardening, yoga, hiking, strength training, beach hangs, traveling, tea meet-ups, and spending quality time with loved ones.
