Fall for Our Community: Patient Appreciation & Community Harvest Event
Join us on Saturday, October 17, from 11 AM–2 PM as we celebrate five years with Avance Care! This free event is our heartfelt thank you to our patients and community for your continued support.
Enjoy food from a local food truck, games, giveaways, and local health and wellness vendors. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet the Avance Care team and learn more about our primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatry services. Flu shots and blood pressure checks will be available.
