This free, family-friendly event will feature fun activities, a health fair, and a chance to learn more about the services available at Avance Care Apex.

- Health Fair
- Meet the Avance Care Primary Care, Nutrition, and Behavioral Health teams
- Apex Fire Department and Fire Truck
