Does Avance Care offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment plans with no interest financing through CareCredit**.

Balances less than $200 are processed under the terms of the patient’s CareCredit agreement, and not eligible for no interest financing. Avance Care participates in 3 no-interest programs for higher balances:

Balance > $200 but less than $1000 (6 month no interest financing)**
Balance >$1000 but less than $2000 (12 month no interest financing)**
Balance >$2000 (24 month no interest financing)**
These promotions are no interest only if the balance is paid in full within the promotional period. Interest will be charged to the account from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period.

How do I Make a Payment with my CareCredit?

Prior to your appointment you can pay online and bring proof of the electronic payment to your appointment.

At the time of service, you can pay online from your computer, tablet, or mobile device and present the proof of payment to a staff member at the front desk. Please note that the front desk staff cannot run your CareCredit payment for you.

Alternately, patients can put a traditional credit card on file, and call the billing department to change the credit care on-file to their CareCredit account.

*Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments are required. Promotional financing options are available on purchases of $200 or more. Standard Account Terms apply to purchases of less than $200. Promotional financing options available through Pay My Provider may differ from options available in-office. Ask our billing department for details.

**No interest will be charged on the promotional purchase if you pay the promotional purchase amount in full within the 6, 12, 18 or 24 month promotional period. If you do not, interest will be charged on the promotional purchase from the purchase date. If your purchase qualifies for a 24-month promotional offer, fixed monthly payments are required equal to 4.1667% of initial promotional purchase amount until promotion is paid in full. The fixed monthly payment will be rounded up to the next highest whole dollar and may be higher than the minimum payment that would be required if the purchase was a non-promotional purchase. For all other promotional offers, the regular minimum monthly payment terms of the account will apply. [Any discount will reduce your total purchase amount and may result in you not satisfying the minimum qualifying purchase amount required.] Regular account terms apply to non-promotional purchases and, after promotion ends, to promotional balance, except the fixed monthly payment will apply until the promotion is paid in full. For new accounts: Purchase APR is 26.99%; Minimum Interest Charge is $2. Existing cardholders should see their credit card agreements for their applicable terms. Subject to credit approval.
