We are pleased to announce the new Avance Care SouthPark office is now open. The practice is located at 5821 Fairview Road in Charlotte, Suite 106 in the Parkview building, less than one mile from SouthPark mall. We are open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so you don’t have to rearrange your life to get the care you need.
In addition to providing a welcoming, nurturing primary care environment, we also provide comprehensive care for the entire family including:
- Primary care for children, teens, and adults – including screenings, immunizations, and preventive care
- Comprehensive wellness services including behavioral health and nutrition counseling
- Easier access to care with same-day and next-day appointments for sick and urgent care needs
- Telehealth appointments with extended hours to avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room or urgent care centers
- Secure connection to an online patient portal to communicate with our care team, access test results, manage appointments, and request prescription refills
