Avance Care is a network of primary care practices treating adults, teens, and pediatrics. Avance Care is committed to the “Patient Centered Medical Home”. Our model of patient care is designed to; 1) improve access to care (convenience), 2) improve the quality of care (by allowing providers to spend more time with patients, 3) simplify the process by which patients can manage their own health (online services), 4) reduce the cost of delivering care (using standardized, streamlined technology driven workflows).

Because we’re dedicated to higher standards of patient care, all of our medical positions require the ability to work twelve-hour shifts and alternate weekends. We require employees who pay close attention to detail as this is imperative to providing high quality care. Avance care is a technologically driven, paperless facility so fluent computer skills are preferred. We seek applicants with strong communication skills who are positive individuals with passion for learning and excelling in their profession.

Provider Satisfaction:

MD, DO (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics)

As a primary care physician, you face the dual challenge of managing a medical practice while delivering high quality care to patients. Family Nurse Practitioner

The position responsibilities require:

  • Outstanding healthcare provider skills
  • Strong and efficient multitasking capabilities
  • A focus on full patient care and satisfaction. Provider will need excellent personal skills to go the extra mile while extending service to patients of all ages and conditions. A customer service orientation is critical.
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts and alternating weekends
  • Interest in and ability to grow a thriving practice while the company takes care of administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate will share our commitment to patient-centered care and have a strong desire to practice independently. We are seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners for these positions who would like to focus on patient care rather than on practice administration. We are committed to delivery of excellent care to the uninsured as well as the insured with a strong emphasize on patient involvement in both preventive care and treatment plans. Our state-of-the-art paperless medical facility and innovative online services enhance patient convenience and reduce administrative overhead for the providers. We help our providers focus on patient care.

Avance Care offers competitive pay and benefit package. Our Family Nurse Practitioners see two or less patients per hour. On-call requirements are minimal.
